We want your LIC order to get to you quickly and safely.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and applicable shipping method.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
Free shipping applies to qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped and are estimates only. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. LIC Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you realize that your address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LIC Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and contact our customer service team so we can assist where possible.
